At a180life Wellness, we specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), offering personalized care to support your body’s natural healing processes. Our skilled team of practitioners delivers gentle, precise techniques that reduce swelling, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. MLD is particularly beneficial for clients recovering from surgery, managing autoimmune conditions, post-trauma recovery, post cancer care management, or dealing with PCOS, pre/postnatal changes, and metabolic conditions. Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Designed to promote overall well-being. This gentle full-body service aims to reduce inflammation, eliminate toxins, and calm the central nervous system. It is ideal for post-surgery recovery, post-cancer care, prenatal and post-pregnancy support, managing autoimmune conditions, and anyone seeking to feel their best in a relaxing manner.
Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on technique designed to release deep-seated tensions in the body, helping to alleviate pain, dysfunction, and improve overall health and performance. Mandy uses a delicate touch—no more pressure than holding a penny—to release restrictions in tissues that affect the craniosacral system. This method can benefit a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, TMJ, migraines, ADD/ADHD, neurodiversity, chronic fatigue, PTSD, and neurological impairments.
Empathic Energy Healing
This work is intended to help ease stress and anxiety along with create a sense of calm. This session will include gentle hands on bodywork along with Mandy's unique ability to connect to your spirit guides and gain knowledge regarding your physical self and spiritual path.
Bespoke Treatment with Mandy
With a bespoke experience, the client will enter a space where healing and relaxation are tailored precisely to their needs. With 27 years of expertise Mandy understands the nuances of the body and how to guide it toward optimal health. Each session is a unique blend of modalities, chosen specifically for the client’s physical and emotional state.

Vodder Method MLD is gentle and not at all painful. Many people find it to be a relaxing experience. If you have a specific condition you're looking to treat or any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
